I have worked over a decade in the health industry where I have cultivated a love of fitness, personal growth, and the desire to help others reach their full potential.
I am a certified Life Coach through the Centre for Applied Neuroscience in Toronto, have a BA Hons degree in Psychology, and a certification in the Science of Well-Being through Yale University. For the last 10 years, I have been managing and overseeing all operations at a Functional Medicine multidisciplinary clinic.
In my spare time, I love strength training, hiking, dancing, and reading. I am a mom to a busy 12-year-old and can be found online motivating and inspiring others to reach their full potential @levelationtime

Wellness is the act of practicing healthy habits on a daily basis to attain better physical and mental health outcomes so that instead of just surviving, you're thriving.
What is a Wellness Coach's Role?
A coach provides a safe and encouraging space for clients to define how they would like to improve their life, they help create positive and attainable goals, they are forward-thinking and inspiring.
A coach listens intently and deeply to their client and asks challenging and thought-provoking questions so the client can gain a better understanding of themselves and their life.
A coach assists their client in breaking down life-affirming goals into manageable steps so a client can get to where they want to be.
A coach provides accountability and lovingly challenges their client to step outside their comfort zone, confront fears, and/or shift their perspective.
A coach supports the client to explore their desires, feelings, and what they want their life to feel and be like.
