Meet your Wellness Coach! I’m Lucia!

Wellness Coach & Clinic Manager

 

I have worked over a decade in the health industry where I have cultivated a love of fitness, personal growth, and the desire to help others reach their full potential.

 

I am a certified Life Coach through the Centre for Applied Neuroscience in Toronto, have a BA Hons degree in Psychology, and a certification in the Science of Well-Being through Yale University. For the last 9 years I have been running a Functional Medicine multidisciplinary clinic. (Read more)
